Adsorption bridging: Anionic polyacrylamide molecular chains attach to the surfaces of different particles, forming polymer bridges between them. This causes the particles to aggregate and settle. Surface adsorption: The polar groups on anionic polyacrylamide molecules can adsorb oils and detergent components present in plastic wastewater.
