The effect of polyaluminum chloride water purifier on rubber factory wastewater treatment
Experiments have proven that
polyaluminum chloride flocculant can effectively treat glue factory sewage to meet discharge standards. It is low corrosive to pipeline equipment and can remove CODI, BOD, SS and heavy metal ions in sewage. Compared with other water purifiers, it has low cost, less dosage, simple operation and obvious treatment effect.
After the sewage in the rubber factory, the sewage is added to the aqueous solution of polyaluminum chloride flocculant. After about 5 minutes, there are suspended sediments in the sewage; after 10 minutes, the solution obviously precipitates at the bottom of the cup; after one minute, the solution gradually becomes clear, and a yellow-white precipitate appears at the bottom of the cup; after 1 day, the solution is completely transparent. The pH of the water does not change.
